Zinc Barrel Plating Services

Plating substrates with zinc provide a surface finish that is required for a wide range of industrial applications. At National Plating Company we specialize in various plating processes and offer high quality zinc plating services for customers in a wide range of industries. We can apply this plating process to materials including copper, brass, or steel. Our electroplating processes can improve parts characteristics with additional protection. Our plating facility utilizes barrel plating equipment, with pre-cleaning and post-plate baking for hydrogen embrittlement. Zinc plating finishes are offered in trivalent clear, yellow, and black; as well as hexavalent yellow and black. In addition, a silicate sealer can also be applied for additional protection. These systems are capable of plating parts up to 12" in length, up to 1 lb., and can apply plating in thickness from .00001" to .001".
