Humidity Testing Services

National Plating Company has dedicated a Singleton test chamber solely to humidity testing to confirm effectiveness of our passivation and electropolishing services. The ability to finish stainless parts and test them in the same facility can reduce total lead time by 50-80% compared to accomplishing the same steps in two facilities.

Our test chamber operates in accordance with ASTM B117, ASTM A380, ASTM A967, ASTM B912, and other specifications. We routinely certify results to these standards.

We provide test services for anyone, not just our metal finishing customers. We have customers 1,500 miles away that send us parts for testing.
