Established in 1909 by John Miszewski and later incorporated in 1920, National Plating Company has been a leading metal finishing company in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for over a century. A Rich Legacy
For several generations, National Plating Company remained under the ownership of the Miszewski family, who nurtured and expanded the business. However, in 1995, the passing of Robert “Bob” Miszewski brought about a transition in the company’s ownership.
New Horizons and Steady Growth
Following the Miszewski family’s stewardship, National Plating Company was sold to a couple of investors who recognized its potential and invested in its growth. These investors set the stage for the future success of the company.
In 1998, the torch was passed to Russell and Catherine Stinebaugh, who brought their expertise and enthusiasm to the helm of National Plating Company. Russell, a chemist and statistician by trade, leveraged his knowledge and experience in manufacturing and coatings to further enhance the company’s metal finishing processes.
Seeking a successor who shared their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction, they found a perfect match in Daniel Hernandez.
A New Era
In 2018, Daniel Hernandez, a decorated infantry marine who served in combat tours overseas, assumed ownership of National Plating Company. With a deep understanding of the importance of discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence, Daniel embarked on the mission to take National Plating Company to new heights. Under Daniel’s leadership, National Plating Company not only maintained its commitment to quality but also embarked on a rigorous transition to ISO 9001:2015, a globally recognized quality management system. This dedication to continuous improvement, coupled with unwavering focus on customer satisfaction, has contributed to steady growth throughout the years.
