Plating substrates with tin provides a surface finish that is required for a wide range of industrial applications. At National Plating Company we specialize in various plating processes and offer high quality tin plating services for customers in a wide range of industries. We can apply this platting process to materials such as copper, brass, steel, or lead. Our electroplating processes can improve parts characteristics with additional protection and enhanced conductivity qualities. Our plating facility utilizes barrel and rack plating equipment, with pre-cleaning and post-plate baking for hydrogen embrittlement. Our barrel system is capable of plating parts up to 18" in length, up to 1 lb., and can apply plating in thickness from .0001" to .001". Our rack system is capable of plating buss bars up to 30" in length.

At National Plating Company our commitment to quality is reinforced by our ability to maintain compliance with ASTM B545 and Company Specifications. To complement our high level of customer service we also offer rush services at no charge, otherwise our typical lead time is 2-3 days.
